The show focusing on Biotechnology named the Biohackers has been renewed for season 3. The German show in its two seasons so far has impressed thriller lovers a lot. Thus, to keep the fans thrilled almost all the details of season 3 have been made available. Let’s take a look at them one after the other starting with the production details.
Biohackers Season 3
Season 3 of the show is going to be directed by Christian Ditter and Tim Trachte. The screenplay is going to be written by Tanja Bubbel, Nikolaus Schulz-Dornburg and Johanna Thalmann. The production for season 2 is going to be produced by Claussen+Putz and Filmproduktion. Both seasons 1 and 2 had 6 episodes and thus season 3 should also have 6 episodes. The trailer for season 3 has not to be revealed yet nor has been the release date. We assume that if filming starts this month, then maybe by August 2022 we will get season 3 out on Netflix with hopefully 6 episodes. Let’s now see who all are going to return for season 3.

For the season 3, the entire cast from season 2 is going to return. This means that we will see Sebastain Jakob Doppelbauer as Ole, Caro Cult as Lotta, Jing Xiang as Chen-Lu, Adrain Julius Tillmann as Jasper, Thomas Prenn as Niklas, Jessica Schwarz as Tanja Lorenz, Luna Wedler as Emma Engels and Thomas Kretschmann as Baron von Furstenberg once again. Along with them, the 4 other cast members from season 2 are also going to be there for season 3. That is the entire cast for season 3. Therefore, it is time to move onto the plot details of season 3.
Biohackers Season 3 plot
The main story of season 3 is going to be focused on the rivalry between Emma and Baron. Emma is going to be hell bent on getting Baron kicked out of the research library which Baron himself had started out of his own funding. What could Emma be willing to do to get rid of Baron for good? And is Emma going to be content with just kicking him out or is she planning to kill him for good? If she is going to kill Baron, then she could come up with some very twisted and horrific way to do so. We say this because as she is a biotech specialist and almost all of us know a biotech specialist can be very dangerous if she makes it her goal to kill Baron.
Season 3 of ‘Biohackers’ thus is going to be very interesting. The story has been pitched in a way that no subplot will be required. But then, no one can ever know for sure what are the plans of the directors. Even in the hectic rivalry of Emma and Baron, they could include a subplot.
So, What this subplot could be about? is something we will only know when season 3 will release.
