GOP Race Tightens In Georgia While
Obama Maintains Lead Over Clinton Among Dems

(2/4/08) The Georgia Republican presidential
primary race could break either way. John McCain has a miniscule
lead over Mitt Romney with one day until the election. Insider will
poll the race a final time Monday night.
Our Sunday night poll showed this:
McCain: 32%
Romney: 31%
Huckabee: 26%
Paul/Other: 4%
Undecided: 7%
The poll sampled 465 likely voters in the
Feb. 5 Georgia Republican primary, for a margin of error of plus
or minus 4.5%. The poll was conducted Feb.3. The data was weighted
for age, race, gender and political affiliation.
Our polling Saturday in the Democratic race showed Barack Obama
mainting his lead over Hillary Clinton.
