You season 3, Joe becomes a dad

On Monday, Netflix announced that season 3 of the popular series would be available on the streaming service on October 15. You follow Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley), a bookshop manager turned serial murderer, as he pursues various love interests. Joe moved from New York to Los Angeles in Season 2 of the psychological thriller, where he met a new object of desire, Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti). The two soon bonded over their shared grief over a recent loss, which resulted in Love being pregnant with Joe’s kid.

Fans will now be able to follow Joe and Love as they take on the suburbs, moving to the idyllic Northern California enclave of Madre Linda and coping with a slew of wealthy tech entrepreneurs, judgemental mommy bloggers, and Insta-famous biohackers. But, as Joe settles into his new role as a husband and father, he is concerned about Love’s dangerous impulsiveness.

They are joined by the show’s creators, Sera Gamble and Greg Berlanti, as well as Gina Girolamo and Leslie Morgenstein. Michael Schechter and Sarah Schechter Michaela McManus and Saffron Burrows, who appeared briefly in season 2, have also joined the cast. The performance will also include Shalita Grant, Travis Van Winkle, Tati Gabrielle, Dylan Arnold, and Scott Speedman.

Its first two seasons are based on the first two novels in Caroline Kepnes’ You book series, and the third season ‘You’, her debut novel, was released in 2014, and ‘Hidden Bodies’, her second novel, was When You Love Me was released on April 1, it was a few months ahead of the show. On October 15th, Netflix will release season 3 of You.
