Xiaomi and Redmi Are Expected to Launch Several Smartphones in India by the End of the Year

Xiaomi is expected to launch a wave of devices in India before the end of the year. The Redmi Note 11T 5G, which will be available later this month, was unveiled by the Chinese technology giant earlier this week. Xiaomi revealed recently that two Redmi Note 11 series smartphones would be launched in India under the Xiaomi brand name. 

According to new sources, a number of smartphones bearing the Redmi and Xiaomi brand names could be launched in the near future. At the moment, however, it is unknown when the gadgets will be released or in what quantities.

Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), a popular tipster, believes that a big number of Xiaomi and Redmi devices would be launched in India before the end of the calendar year. By contrast, Sharma made no mention of which smartphones, tablets, or other products might be released in the following weeks.

As previously reported, Redmi confirmed the debut of the Redmi Note 11T 5G in India on November 30th. The smartphone is rumoured to be a rebranded Redmi Note 11 5G, which launched in October in China and has now expanded globally. Apart from the fact that the smartphone supports 5G, the Xiaomi sub-brand has provided no other information on the gadget.

Rumored to be rebranded

Additionally, Xiaomi was rumoured to be launching the Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge in India, replacing the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+, which were previously offered in the nation as the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+.

 However, no definite date has been announced for the launching of these gadgets. Additionally, the unnamed source indicated that the Redmi smartphones will not be renamed as Xiaomi devices for the global market, as previously reported.

The Redmi Note 11 5G was recently rebranded and marketed in Europe as the Poco M4 Pro 5G, succeeding the Redmi Note 11 5G. On the 6.6-inch Poco smartphone, it features a full-HD+ Dot display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. This smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and features up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
