If you’ve seen season 1 and are looking for more information, keep reading.

Release date speculations

Wonder Egg Priority, unlike the bulk of anime, is not based on a previously released manga. As a result, we can’t say for sure whether or not a second season will be produced. Ai Ohio attempts to rescue Neiru Aonuma from the Egg World at the end of the first season, but the outcome of her efforts is unknown.

Furthermore, we have no notion of what happened in the Egg World between Neiru and Frill during this time.

CloverWorks may opt not to pursue a second season, even though there may be more to discover in this universe. The series was originally canceled without airing the final episode. A recap episode was aired instead of the eighth episode since the production team was unable to finish it on time.

Season 2 has yet to be announced by the show’s producers or CloverWorks. We haven’t heard anything about Wonder Egg Priority since the special episode which is a base for a second season, an OVA. The series is said to have performed poorly in Japan, despite its overseas success.

As a result, funding another season may appear too risky, especially given the first’s issues, but anything is possible in the bizarre world of anime production.

Keep your fingers crossed! who knows, you might get to witness a new season this year or early in 2023.
