December is the last month of the year, but this time it is coming out with a lot of new movies, be it India’s first animated film over Netflix, or Apple TV+’s first animated characteristic movie, George Clooney’s first movie in 4 years, David Fincher’s first movie in 6 years and Wonder Woman 1984, a lot of films can come in December. Wonder Woman 1984 may also be released inside cinemas in India.

Bombay Rose
Date: December 4 on Netflix
This will be the first animated film from India to appear on Netflix. Director Gitanjali Rao’s debut film Bombay Rose is on Bollywood’s town Bombay, which depicts a Kashmiri orphan boy wandering the streets and unfulfilled love, as a former dancer caring for an orphaned child. One of the producers of this film is Anurag Kashyap.
Bhaag Beanie Bhaag
Date: December on Netflix
Inside this comedy film are two Indian-Americans, Ravi Patel and Neil Shah and a perfect girl (Swara Bhaskar) wants to avoid her marriage and she runs away and she goes ahead and meets the two boys and goes to her mother’s father. The film looks like a comedy type love story. All episodes will be available on Netflix with the launch on December 4.
Mank
Date: December on Netflix
David Fincher has now returned to his characteristic film 6 years later before Go Girl was the last movie wrote by Citizen Kane. Gary Oldman performs as Mankiewicz, Tom Burke performs Welles, Amanda Seyfried performs as Marion Davies, Lilly Collins plays as Mankiewicz’s secretary, Arliss Howard plays MGM co-founder Louis B. Mayer role, and Charles Dance becomes William Randolph Hearst.
Durgamati
Date: December 11 on Amazon prime video
The film is a remake of the Telugu film Bhaagamathie of 2018. In this film, Bhumi Pednekar plays the role of IAS officer Chanchal Chauhan, who is crowned by a corrupt politician. Akshay Kumar is also one of the producers of this film.
Tenet
Date: December 15 on Blu-ray, Digitally
The film will be available in the cinema from 4 December and 15 December Bluray and digital. Christopher Nolan’s latest film Tenet is set to release in theatres in India from December 4. If Tenet is not releasing in your nearest theatres, then there is nothing to worry about as the film will also be available on Blu-SSray and digitally from December 15.
Coolie No. 1
Date: December 25 on Amazon Prime Video
After 25 years, director David Dhawan is remaking his film Coolie Number One which is already a remake of a Tamil film Chinna Mapillai. Varun Dhawan is behind a rich girl Sara Ali Khan in the film.
