Tokyo Olympics 2020 Gets Surprise Haikyuu!! Tribute In Volleyball Game: Japan Claims First Win

After almost 1 year of waiting the Tokyo Olympics 2020 is finally underway. The volleyball team of Japan has started their Olympic campaign on a high after winning against Venezuela. The fans are going crazy because of the buzz created by the team’s win. So let us drive you into it.

FANS CREDITED THE WIN TO THE HAIKYUU’S SONG

It is pretty obvious that the Japanese volleyball team had prepared well for the first game. They won in straight 3 sets and dominated the game.

 The fact that the Haikyuu’s theme song was played during the match and the team’s win afterwards has got the fans buzzing. For those of you who don’t know what Haikyuu is, we will introduce it to you.

Haikyuu was created by Haruichi Furudate. It is a Manga-anime series about volleyball. The series is the most popular volleyball anime all over Japan.

 The series got first popular as a Manga. The series has so much influence over the people that they are arguing that the team won as the Haihyuu’s theme song was played during the match and surprisingly the whole nation agrees to this. 

The organizers of the Tokyo Olympics had pre planned this thing. They have also planned the exhibition of the latest drawings of the Haikyuu series new comic.

 The exhibition has been planned at the winter 2020 venue from 18th July – 23rd August, 2021.

VOLLEYBALL TEAM PLAYER TO BE INTRODUCED AS A CHARACTER IN THE UPCOMING SERIES 

So from our reliable sources we have come to know that the volleyball team player Ishikawa Yuki has got a special Cameo in the bonus story of the Haikyuu’s volume 41.

 This is not the first time that players have taken interest in these kinds of things. Earlier in 2016, 2 players had done an advertisement for the similar series named Shivuya.
