SONA MOHAPATRA WELCOMED THE DECISION OF COURT IN FAVOR OF KANGANA RANAUT!!

Sona Mohapatra has welcomed the decision of the Bombay High Court in favor of Kangana Ranaut and said that breaking the office of Kangana Ranaut is a misuse of power. On Friday, the Bombay High Court quashed the instructions issued by the BMC which called Kangana Ranaut’s office illegal, and asked the BMC to grant compensation to Kangana Ranaut. 

Sona Mohapatra said that yes, it is a failure of the system and a misuse of power; you cannot destroy the office of any such person under your rivalry.

After the Mumbai High Court verdict, Kangana Ranaut put a video on social media thanking the judicial process and thanked all her fans and she said that it is not only her victory but also the victory of democracy as well. She said that I want to say thank you to the people who did not leave me in this difficult time, it is because of your love that I got the courage to fight this battle; I am encouraged by your love and support. 

On Friday, a bench of Justice SJ Kathawala and Justice Riyaz Chagla found in the hearing that it was illegal to break the office of Kangana Ranaut, the court also expressed its displeasure over the Civic body misusing its position. 

A few days after the office was demolished, Kangana Ranaut said that she did not have any more money to rebuild her office after the Corona Crisis, she did not have any work, and demand compensation from BMC for the demolition of her office.

This decision of the Mumbai High Court is a big win for Kangana Ranaut and the common people will also have increased confidence in the court. It is noteworthy that after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, Kangana Ranaut had criticized the Bollywood actors as well as the Maharashtra government, after which BMC had invalidated his office and fired a bulldozer on it.
