Samsung declares its new chipset Exynos 1080, its very first 5nm chipset

The Korean Smartphone Manufacturer, Samsung has ultimately confirmed its latest reasonable chipset, the name of the chipset is Exynos 1080. It is Samsung’s first-ever 5nm chipset and this the key feature of the new chipset. 

The previous edition of the Exynos chipset was the Exynos 980 and this Exynos 1080 is the new version of the Exynos chipset. This latest chipset is developed by Samsung on the 5nm EUV FinFET.

Let’s talk about the insights of the latest chipset, This chipset comes with an octa-core CPU accompanied by a treble cluster structure. That is there are four Cortex-A55 and another four Cortex-A78 cores components. 

Furthermore, out of the four Cortex-A-78 cores, the extremely dominant one clocks around 2.8GHz, and the remaining trio clocks around 2.6GHz. Whereas talking about Cortex-A55, these cores run at 2.0GHz. The chipset is embedded with Mali-G78 MP10.
