Realme Buds Wireless 2 Review: Budget-Friendly Sound

However, Realme continues to provide wired and wireless headphones, as well as portable speakers, in India. If you haven’t had a chance to try the recently introduced Realme Buds Wireless 2, which I’ll be reviewing today, I strongly encourage you to do so.

The new headset is designed to deliver high-quality audio at an affordable price.

The Realme Buds is the sequel to the Realme Buds Wireless Pro, which was released in late 2020 and retails for Rs. 2,299 in India.

The Buds Wireless 2 have active noise cancellation and support for the LDAC Bluetooth codec, making them one of the best-equipped wireless headphones under Rs. 2,500 currently available. Is this, in my opinion, the best option in this price range? You’ll learn more in this review.

You may utilize ANC and LDAC with the Realme Buds Wireless 2

Realme did not invent the neckband design or the concept of a feature-packed headset.

Due to its active noise cancelling and compatibility with Bluetooth’s enhanced LDAC codec, this is a headset for discriminating customers looking to upgrade from the original Realme Buds Wireless Pro.

The Realme Buds Wireless 2 have superior audio quality and active noise cancellation

Sony’s LDAC codec is largely regarded as the best Bluetooth codec available for wireless headphones or earbuds at the moment, which plays a key role in defining how they sound.

Numerous audio providers make extensive use of the platform’s widespread support for Android devices.

Realme has previously included LDAC in its headphones, so it’s unsurprising that the Buds Wireless 2 will do the same.

For this test, I used the LDAC codec in conjunction with the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition and the Realme Buds . I wore the headset while listening to audio tracks on Apple Music, making phone calls, and watching videos on the iPhone.

Design

Both the Realme Buds Wireless 2 and the personal audio market as a whole follow a tried-and-true design philosophy.

The earpieces are connected through cables to the flexible neckband, which features modules on both ends. While the wires were not extremely long, they constantly scraped against my face while I was wearing them, which was an irritation.

Conclusion

As is the case with many of Realme’s products, the Buds Wireless 2 is a cost-effective solution that gets a lot right. These are the best wireless headphones around Rs. 2,500 available in India right now, owing to their amazing hardware and features, app support, and fantastic bass-driven sound profile.

While the neckband design and battery life may not be to everyone’s liking, they are exceeded by the benefits in this scenario.
