There was a time when Intel was the king of the chipset market and it used the best processors in the market. But things are not the same all the time. Another company AMD launched its new processor Ryzen 5000 which shook the whole CPU market and made it the king. Now, there are expectations that Intel might regain the crown for AMD.
Intel core-9 has got really good benchmark results with a single core score of 695 and multithread score of 6522. The company revealed the score by sharing a photo of the score on twitter.
The score of Intel’s processors is a few percent faster than AMD’s Ryzen 7 5800x. Though there are no proofs available as of now, if the photo shared by the company shows the correct score, then no doubt Intel will again be the King of creating the best processor for games.
After the launch of AMD’s Ryzen, Intel has been working so hard to develop a faster and better processor for people. Intel has been arguing that the clock speed is one of the most important things about game performance which is true in most of the cases.
However, PC games can be run very smoothly with a gaming rig. One can do whatever he wants with that without any disruptions.
There are no confirmed details about the upcoming Intel processor but as the company has uploaded the photo of their score, they are likely to launch it in the first quarter of 2020.
As Intel has come with the all-new processor, there are also possibilities that AMD will also start on making a better processor. Though, it might take a long time, by the time we can enjoy Intel’s new product.
There are rumours that the 11th generation Core-i9 will come with 8 cores and 16 threads rather than with 10 cores and 20 threads. the new gaming consoles Xbox series X and Sony PlayStation 5, both come with an 8 core and 16-thread processor.
Soon, the details about Intel’s new processor will be out. For getting the details, keep checking.
