Marvel’s “What If…” – Who all will be featuring?

Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has seen the release of WandaVision, The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, and Loki (MCU). In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, there’s also a new animated series that wonders, “What if?” The show is based on a comic book anthology of the same name, which premiered in 1977 and comprises 13 volumes.

When will What If… be available?

On July 21, Marvel unveiled What If…? and a slew of additional titles that will kick off Phase 4 of the MCU at a panel at San Diego Comic-Con.

“What If…?” will be available on Disney+ alongside WandaVision, The Falcon And The Winter Solider, Loki, and Hawkeye. At the time, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has confirmed this.

Who Will be in the cast of “What If…?”

Erik Killmonger will be played by Michael B. Jordan, and Nebula will be played by Karen Gillan. Uatu, often known as The Watcher, is a member of the alien species The Watchers who keeps an eye on the multiverse. The character is played by Jeffrey Wright.

Chadwick Boseman, who died in 2016, provides posthumous voice work for Black Panther and Star Lord.

Marvel has not yet confirmed who will play Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man, but the trailer hinted that it will not be Robert Downey Jr. Chris Evans will not play Steve Rogers, often known as Captain America.

“What If” What Will Happen?

What If… by Marvel? is planned to show fans what would happen if a crucial moment in the MCU were changed, such as what would happen if Agent Peggy Carter took the Super-Soldier serum instead of Steve Rogers.

Another narrative that will be looked into is what would have occurred if Eric Killmonger had saved Tony Stark during the events of the first Iron Man film.

Dr. Steven Strange, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, will also be the topic of one of the storylines, with his character supposedly getting transported into an another realm.

Is There a “What If…” Trailer?

Yes, Marvel published the official teaser for the show on July 8, giving fans their first look at the animated series. Doctor Strange appears to be travelling across multiple universes in it, as he is swept into a time vortex and subsequently meets Captain Carter.

In a spin on Captain America’s shield, Captain Carter is depicted in full uniform and with a shield featuring the British flag. Iron Man and Captain America are portrayed as zombies in one particularly horrific scene from the movie.

 “I am The Watcher, but I cannot, will not meddle,” Wright’s alien figure is heard saying, while Tilda Swinton’s Ancient One asserts time is “interchangeable.”
