Amazon revealed on October 14, 2021, that their hit series Jack Ryan has been renewed for a fifth season. According to Deadline, Ant-Man and Narcos: Mexico star Michael Pena will join the Jack Ryan ensemble for the fourth season, although Amazon has yet to reveal the character he will play. The second season of Jack Ryan was launched in October 2019, however, the third season is not scheduled to be published on Prime Video until sometime in 2022.

Wendell Pierce will play James Greer, Ryan’s boss in T-FAD, and Michael Kelly will play Mike November, with John Krasinski reprising his role as Jack Ryan. Marianne Jean-Baptiste, despite being cast as Elizabeth Wright, allegedly left the project owing to creative disagreements, according to Deadline.
