As depicted by Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, the romantic history of Bella Swan and Cullen remains very popular with people of every age despite the original “Twilight” film series, which ended in 2012. The “Twilight” film started with the first movie in 2008, followed by “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” in 2009, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” in 2010, and “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2,” released in 2. In the following years, the best-selling series was written by author Stephenie Meyer, which was an international phenomenon when the midsummer 2000s released them.
By 2021, films still win new supporters and make plenty of money, with over $1,363,000,000 collected and counted by this series. So why would Meyer and Lionsgate, the new owner of the series, not like to produce more “Twilight” movies, who bought Summit Entertainment in 2012, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter? Apart from the financial possibilities, some things can let you explore the world of Bella and Edward following “Breaking Dawn” in addition to “The Twilight Saga” films.
If there’s any storey about adjusting, the biggest question about a potential sequel is. If fans demand a direct sequel to “Breaking Dawn,” Meyer or a screenwriter could envision that the following stage in the story of Bella and Edward will take place. But since Stewart, Pattinson, and the other original cast are unlikely to be returned, and a new character would have to be cast in the familiar role, which would be unusual for fans of the franchise for a very long time.
But what about adopting one of the companion novels? Meyer published the novel “Midnight sun” that retells from Edward’s point of view the storey of the first book, “Twilight.” The novel was initially leaked in 2008, and Meyer has thus far decided not to publish it. The long-awaited publication of “Midnight Sun” is an exciting update in 2020 and especially for the fans around, who wanted to play this whole thing, but with a little more of the Cullens, a film version would be pretty; much “Twilight.” Unlike the novels, it is difficult to make a film entirely, and “The Twilight Saga” already, from Edward’s perspective, explores it in the way the book does not.
Hence, there are many questions about the sequel, but it is in the makers’ hands to further explore the story.
