In the start, the series centered around then-police detective James Gordon (McKenzie), but in the fifth and final season, the series followed around Bruce Wayne’s (David Mazouz) transformation into Batman.
People loved this series because it revolved around the days before Batman, but slowly, the series shifted its focus from Jim Gordon to young Bruce Wayne. Fans also got to see many foes of Batman, which also includes the younger version of the Joker. Due to its popularity, the show also won various awards. Each season had 22 episodes, but the final season had only 12 episodes.
