The holiday season has just kicked off and already streaming services are releasing schedules of holiday special movies and TV shows. In one such release, HBO Max has revealed that they are bringing the action-comedy film, ‘Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard’ to the streaming service.

About Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard 2021
The movie is Directed by Parick Hughes. And as we said earlier, is an action-comedy.
Furthermore, it is And the movie came to the theaters in the June of this year. The screenplay for the movie was written by three people:
- They are Tom O’Connor,
- Brandon Murphy, and
- Phillip Murphy.
Four production companies namely Millennium Media, Nu Boyana Film Studios, Campbell Grobman Films, Film I Vӓst, and FilmGate Films helped in the production of the film.
The movie also has a first part named ‘Hitman’s Bodyguard’ that came out in 2017. The second movie and the one we are talking about casts Ryan Reynolds as Michael Bryce, Samuel L. Jackson as Darius Kincaid, and Salma Hayek as Sonia Kincaid.
Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard 2021 Plot
The plot revolves around Michael, an ex-bodyguard being employed by Sonia to retrieve her kidnapped husband Darius. Once they get Darius, the three work together to defeat a terrorist who wants to blow up the whole European power grid.
The Release Date.
Since the movie came in June 2021, it did not get a good reception. And that is why, HBO Max is bringing the movie to you, under its holiday release schedule for movies and TV shows. The movie will be available for streaming on HBO Max from 7th January 2022, along with three other movies.
