It is that time of the year again when the Press X To Continue podcast is ready to present its annual games awards to all the amazing categories it decides very year. We bring to you the award titles and the nomination names for them and then later we will join you at the podcast.
THE AWARD TITLES
The first award title we would like to tell you about is the “The Best Game You’ve Never Heard Of”. The first nomination for this award is the Little Orpheus mobile game, a side scrolling fun to play game. The second nomination for this award is the Savage Planet, which is an action packed adventure game. The third and final nomination for this award is the Genshin Impact which is a free to play action role playing game. The game has been downloaded 17 million times.
Moving on to the next award title, it is the “Best Lockdown Game”. Nomination number one is Among Us that has set the gaming community on fire. Nomination number two is Hades, which is an action role playing game that has an addictive game play. Nomination number three is Call of Duty: Warzone. The game has been praised for bringing friends and families together during the desperate and tense times. The game is the most popular nomination for the title.
Next on the list is “Biggest Disappointment” award. According to games journalists not much work had to be done in this category. It was an easy an obvious choice. So much obvious that the people at Press X To Continue podcast did not even feel the need for calling for nominations.
The last title is the most coveted “Best Game” award. The battle was close between the games like Animal Crossing from Nintendo, Last of Us Part 2 from Playstation. There are other two nominations as well. One game is famous for making the world seem better and the other got famous for its dramatic story-telling.
