Netflix announced the return of the Emmy-nominated comedy Tudum during Saturday’s Tudum event. The romantic comedy premiered at Paramount before being picked up by Netflix. Emily, a motivated twenty-something marketing professional from Chicago, obtains her dream job in Paris when her employer buys a French luxury marketing company and assigns her to revamp the company’s social media strategy. Emily’s new life in Paris is full of exciting adventures and surprising obstacles as she tries to win over her coworkers, make new friends, and navigate new romances. She is portrayed by Lily Collins.

Ashley Park, Philippine Leroy Beaulieu, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Camille Razat, and Bruno Gouery feature in Darren Star’s sitcom. Star, Andrew Fleming, Tony Hernandez of Jax Media, and Lilly Burns conceived, wrote, and executive produced the half-hour series. Lily Collins is a musician. Netflix has yet to release a synopsis for Emily in Paris season 2. Fans should not hold their breath for one in the near future. There are a number of questions that Emily in Paris season 2 viewers would like answered. Ms. Cooper was ready to be returned to Chicago after being fired, but she saved her Parisian employment by aiding designer Pierre Cadault in preparing a fashion show. So her adventures in Paris will continue, and it will be interesting to watch whether she ends up with Gabriel or Mathieu.
Gabriel has his own problems to cope with, as he now has an investor for his restaurant, which solidifies his decision to stay in the French metropolis. But would he rekindle his feelings for Camille or wait and see what happens with Emily? Time will tell.
