Many things have changed for the family in Dickinson Season 2. Austin and Sue have moved next door, where they host lush parties. Emily continues to write while Lavinia is reevaluating her goals. Recently, the show stars Ella Hunt (Sue), Anna Baryshnikov (Lavinia), and Adrian Blake Enscoe (Austin) spoke to a source and gave a preview of season 2.

They talked about where the next season will take their characters. Furthermore, they explained how the characters embraced new aspects of themselves and much more. So let’s hear it from them what the stars have to say.

Ella Hunt:

The viewers will meet the characters in their new journey as young adults. Sue and Austin have moved to his dad’s extraordinary house. Moreover, Sue has decided to reinvent herself and also wants to change her relationship with Emily. 

Anna Baryshnikov:

Lavinia was heartbroken in season 1, and she has decided to never get married and have her own family. In season 2, she will become more mature, a little wilder and weirder. Later on, Lavinia will discover that she has a lot of similarities with her sister Emily. Plus, she will get another shot with a new guy, and she starts to negotiate how she might be able to feel powerful in her personal life. 

Adrian Blake Enscoe:

In season 2, Austin feels like he has become a complete man, and he is married now. Austin will keep using his family’s money to buy lush clothes for himself and Sue. He will also keep pouring money and host lavish parties. Later on, Adrian’s character will realize that is not what is adulthood is about. Throughout season 2, he will keep trying to search for ways to fill the hole in his soul.

What are you most excited for fans to see in Dickinson Season 2?

Ella Hunt:

Ella revealed that she is excited for the fans to see her two episodes. There will be an extraordinary opera episode, which is episode six. She also revealed that she is excited about episode eight.

Anna Baryshnikov:

In season 2, Anna is most excited about what it was like to be an individual of color in the 19th century. The new season will introduce a character named, Hattie, who is full of inner life and a modern person.

Adrian Blake Enscoe:

Adrian is excited about an opera episode where the costumes are incredible. The cast got to film in the lavish historic vaudeville theater, and he felt amazing. Thus, Adrian is excited for the fans to appreciate the visuals in that episode.

The first three episodes of season 2 will be releasing on Friday, January 8, 2021, on Apple TV+.
