Netflix has streamed one more action thriller named “Alice In Borderland”. It is adapted from manga with the same name by author Hara Aso. 

You all can have this thriller series available on Netflix from 10th December 2020. 

Psychological thriller directed by Shinsuke Sato and scripted by Yasuko Kuramitsu.

What is the synopsis of “Alice In Borderland”?

The adaption is very popular because if its origin from manga series in Shōnen Sunday Comics. It is premiered in almost 190 countries. 

The story revolves around unemployed Ryohei Arisu who is bored of playing video games. During a firework celebration, Ryohei wished for a life which was completely different from his present life. 

The wish was fulfilled and Ryohei along with his two other friends, Karube and Segawa shifts to the parallel world where they can survive only by playing video games.

Role of Ryohei Arisu will be lived by Kento Yamazaki who is famous for his role in “Heroine Disqualified” and “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure”. 

“Meet Me after School” actress Keita Machida will play the role of Karube. She was also seen in “High & Low: The Movie”

Role of Segawa is played by Yuki Morinaga who is known for her role in “Chihayafuru Part I” and “Two Weeks and Live”.

Shōnen Sunday Comics was adapted as manga series “Alice In Borderland” and it was streamed from November 2010 to March 2015. And then from April 2015 to March 2016.

Manga series has total 87 chapters in 18 volumes. 

In 2014, the series was reformed into 3-episode animation video was produced and directed by Silver Link and Connect and Hideki Tachibana respectively.
