Most Georgians Know Little, if Anything, Related to House Speaker and Ethics Complaint

An InsiderAdvantage survey conducted this week (Jan 9-11) of 500 adult Georgians showed little interest in the ethics issues involving House Speaker Glenn Richardson. The survey was weighted for age, race, gender and political affiliation. It has a margin of error of +/- 4%.

Yes: 29%
No: No 37%
Don't Know/Undecided: 34%

Conclusion: While political insiders might be aware of this week's events, most Georgians either have not followed them or have little interest. It seems that Richardson's issues, at least at their current level, are "inside baseball."
